The 2nd XV won their Dorset & Wilts 2 South League match against Poole 18-nil
Second-team manager Tim Godden was particularly pleased with his side’s “immense” defensive performance and, having led 11-nil at half-time through two Mark Hammond penalties and a try by Keith Walsh, they went further ahead after the interval when Richard Maltby scored a try which Hammond converted.
